Publishing Scope
Bayard Publishing (Youth and Adults) publishes about 420 new titles and has a catalogue of about 5,000.
The broadcasting of these books is managed by Sofédis, a wholly owned Bayard subsidiary. A team of 11 representatives promote Bayard products to booksellers.
Sofédis broadcasts 44 publishers, including the publications of the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research), Berger-Levrault, the French Hiking Federation, Nord-Sud, Grenoble University Press. And of course Bayard Publishing, which represents 51% of turnover. Sofédis averages sales of about 9.5 million books a year and its full catalogue consists of 17,000 titles with 1,000 new titles a year.

Sodis (Gallimard group) manages the distribution of the titles broadcast by Sofédis.
Milan Publishing are broadcast and distributed by Volumen. They publish approximately 400 new titles a year and have a catalogue of about 3,000 titles.
